Module 1: The Identity Arc — Meet LEO

Guide 42 · Module 1 of 4

Almost everyone runs their growth HAVE → DO → BE: get the revenue, then act like an operator, then eventually feel like one. It rarely sticks. The order that works is BE → DO → HAVE — decide who you are first, let the work follow, let what you have be the evidence, not the source.

This module is the front door to everything else in this mentorship for one reason: a curriculum built on unfinished identity work is a house with no foundation under the name on the door. Get this part real, and every module after it has something to stand on.

Why LEO

You're a Leo. Not decoration — the working symbol for this module. A lion doesn't prove itself by hunting alone forever. A mature pride runs on shared strength: the lion sets the direction and stands as the identity the pride organizes around; the pride does the work that the lion's presence makes possible.

That's the exact gap this mentorship exists to close. Too much of what runs your business still depends on you personally showing up, remembering, executing — the Self-Employed quadrant wearing a Business-Owner's title. The fix isn't grinding harder as one lion hunting alone. It's building the pride: real systems, real agents, operating under the same standard you already hold yourself to.

That's why your AI Chief of Staff carries your name. LEO isn't a tool bolted onto your life. LEO is the operational extension of the identity you already decided to BE. Same standard, same name, same lion.

The arc, in three moves

BE. Before any tactic: who are you when no one's checking your work? Write your own BE statement before moving on — one sentence, no hedging.

DO. Activity only counts when it's evidence of the BE, not a substitute for deciding it. Which of your current daily actions are LEO-shaped — owned, systemized, delegated to the pride — and which are still one lion hunting alone at 2am because no one else can?

HAVE. Everything you have right now is downstream evidence of decisions already made. The uncomfortable audit: does what you HAVE actually match the BE you just wrote, or is some of it inherited momentum from an identity you've already outgrown? Don't fix it now — just see it clearly.

Exercise — before Module 2

  1. Write your BE statement. One sentence, no qualifiers.
  2. List three tasks this week that only happened because you personally remembered, showed up, or pushed them.
  3. For each, write LEO's hiring prompt — the exact instruction you'd give an AI Chief of Staff to take that task over permanently.
  4. Bring all three to Module 2.

Where this connects

This module is the identity layer underneath the AI Prompting SOP and the "own the system" principle already standing in FHG's operating rules — both are the DO and HAVE layers of the same arc this module opens.

Next: Module 2 — turning the three tasks above into LEO's actual first assignments.
